AVA VOICE ASSISTANT

AVA is an advanced AI-driven voice service agent designed to intelligently handle customer service–related conversations in a natural and human-like manner. Built using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and backed by a Vector Database, AVA retrieves accurate, context-aware answers from internal knowledge sources while maintaining conversational relevance.

The system features an intelligent memory layer (iMemory) that securely stores and references past interactions, enabling AVA to understand context, maintain continuity, and deliver personalized responses. It is further enhanced with the OpenAI API, which adds sophisticated reasoning, decision logic, and natural language understanding to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Together, these capabilities make AVA a powerful, automated call agent capable of answering queries, providing information, and assisting users across a wide range of service scenarios with precision and reliability.
