This live system empowers the business with accurate reporting on total bookings, call bookings, and customer inquiries, enabling data-driven decision-making.
In addition, the platform integrates an API-driven module that automatically listens to recorded answered calls, analyzes the context, and generates appropriate follow-up or informational messages for customers—enhancing communication and customer engagement. A fully integrated .NET web application complements the system by enabling users to view availability, schedule appointments, and book slots seamlessly in real time.
